Welcome to ROADBURNERS, operated by ROAD BURNERS (PVT) LTD ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), accessible at roadburners.lk. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General

ROAD BURNERS (PVT) LTD, trading as ROADBURNERS, is a registered private limited company in Sri Lanka operating an online retail platform specialising in motorcycle helmets, spare parts, and accessories. These Terms govern your use of our website, purchase of products, pre-orders, and custom requests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, minor variations in colour or specification may occur between the website and the actual product.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards (via PayHere), and KoKo instalment payments.
  • For card payments, the transaction is processed securely through PayHere, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

5. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before it becomes available in stock.
  • No payment is required at the time of pre-ordering. Payment is collected only when the product is available and ready to ship.
  • Pre-orders are non-binding. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before payment is collected.
  • Estimated availability dates are indicative only and may change due to supplier delays.

6. Custom Requests

  • You may submit a request for products not currently listed on our website.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a quotation including price, availability, and estimated delivery time.
  • A custom request becomes a binding order only when you accept the quotation. Once accepted, it is treated as a standard order and is subject to these Terms.
  • Custom-sourced products may have different return/refund eligibility — see our Refund Policy for details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
  • Orders above LKR 15,000 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping fee of LKR 500 applies to orders below this threshold.
  • Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for most locations. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of ROAD BURNERS (PVT) LTD or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

10. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAD BURNERS (PVT) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
